An efficient packaging waste management system cannot function without strong cooperation among local governments, public utility companies, collectors, recyclers, and system operators. Through these partnerships, Ekostar Pak works with cities and municipalities across Serbia to develop and continuously improve the primary packaging waste separation system.
In line with our partners’ needs, we:
Provide equipment for primary waste separation, including containers, bins, vehicles, and other infrastructure.
Provide financial support for the establishment and improvement of packaging waste collection systems.
Connect local communities with a network of nearby collectors and recyclers.
Conduct educational activities for citizens and institutions to encourage participation in the separate collection of packaging waste.
Monitor results and provide ongoing support for the further development of local programs, ensuring that the system remains efficient and sustainable over the long term.
